SERVSAFE Level 1 Food Handler Training...

Level I Food Handler in Charge Course

As a result of the new mandate set forth by the Monroe County Department of Public Health, Cornell Cooperative Extension of Monroe County offers the Level I Food Safety Training and Certification. The Level 1 Course trains food handlers and food operators on safe food handling practices that decreases the risk of foodborne illnesses to the public.

ServSafe is a nationally accredited course that meets Monroe County Department of Health requirements for the Food Handler (Manager) in Charge. Emphasis is on food safety and the prevention of food-borne illness. Passage of the required test provides 5 years of certification for Level 1.

Level I - $150.00 (includes the course book)
